4.3.2 Lifelong Learning: Events that are Open to the General Public

The Applied Science Private University believes that everyone should have the right to access education. To support this right, the university organized and hosted many educational activities such as seminars and lectures that are open to the public and targeting the local community. 

• A scientific day titled “Promising Venues for Careers in Pharmacy: Pharmaceutical Companies” was organized for local community represented by Jordanian pharmacists.
• Seminar on Digital Marketing. The session brought together a group of digital marketing entrepreneurs, consultants, and influencers. Students, esteemed guests, and faculty members exchanged views and engaged in discussions on several key topics driving digital marketing.
• The scientific day’s lectures and workshops varied between the role of artificial intelligence in the pharmacy profession and its applications, with discussion of the Hakeem electronic program, and how to provide some emergency first aid procedures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
